Theory & Practice

I began studying psychology and hypnosis in 1974.  Over the decades that followed, I have read countless books and articles.  Throughout this self-study process, I gained a strong foundation of the various techniques and methods used by those practicing. I went to formal education achieving a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1984 and a Master of Arts in Psychology in 2008.  I have attended formal hypnotherapy training at the Aldeberan School of Hypnosis achieving the status of Advanced Hypnotherapist in 2009.

I teach psychology at Brandman University in Lacey, WA as an adjunct faculty member specializing in Abnormal Psychology and Theories of Personality.

I am licensed with the State of Washington as a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and a Hypnotherapist.

I have practiced hypnosis and hypnotherapy for many years, but, only recently for pay.  I opened my office in June of 2014 and see clients mainly in the evening and on weekends.

I believe all hypnosis is self-hypnosis and my passion is to help you help yourself with whatever issue you are dealing with.

I look forward to working with you to balance your life so that it is full, rich, rewarding and fulfilling.

"Live a balanced life!"
